From the Sterling Highway enter Homer and go past the SAFEWAY market on the left side.. Continue past stop light approximately 1 mile and you will see the HOMER SPIT ROAD . Take the Homer Spit Road for about 4 miles to the HARBOR.
At the harbor, you will use the same parking lot as COAL POINT TRADING Company and EL PESCADORE Restaurant- which you will see in the harbor on the left side.
Park here and then walk to RAMP 2 which is 2 ramps over on the left and come down to Slip J-31 the Rebel.
